Question

One would think it would be easy to command the Roller Shutter 3 (which died, now replaced with Roller Shutter 4, which can't do it either) to just STOP.
I have a wireless switch on my wall, and all I want to do is start moving the shutter down when I press and hold the button, and stop when I let go. You know, like these things usually work.
Why is this difficult? I made a silly workaround, where I continuously calculate the position to go to, a split second before the shutters are expected to get to the previous point, and keep doing this while the switch is pressed, but that is a ridiculous solution that has to balance on the edge between jerky stop-and-go motion and being inaccurate when I hold the button a long time because I'm moving the goalpost too quickly.
Are there any commands I can send to these things to have stop and go action without connecting physical buttons?
I guess I could use a Smart Implant to provide physical button input, but COME ON!
