How to add quick control buttons in Quick app inside Yubii Home app

Question

Posted (edited)

Hello everyone,

I made a quick app to control my Samsung TV device with two buttons; button ON and button OFF.
That device is visible inside my Yubii home app.

My explanation of how I currently control with the device and what my main question:

Currently I only see this two buttons when I click on the icon from Home screen and then I can chose button options.

My wish is to see buttons immediately in the home screen on device icon.
How to add device control buttons right to Home screen on device icon?
A good example is the "smart lock" - see the image from attachment.

Thanks for your help.

I think that depends on the device type.

I guess your TV QA is a generic type?

If you make it a binary switch you will have the on/off icon like the lamps.

It might be possible to add it with the "addinterface" with api calls.
But I am no expert 😅

    Brors94, thank you.

I change device type to binary switch and buttons appear on icon in Home menu.
