HC3 find existing devices

Hi,

My HC2 did not working anymore. I would like to buy a new HC3 and my question is, if the HC3 will find my existing devices or if i must integrad the devices one by one?

No worrie about your English. That is probably not the native language for most op the people over here.

There is no possibility to migrate from HC2 to HC3 because i am not able to have e connection with my HC2. So i have to integrate the devices without migration. Is there a possibility to search the devices or must i remove every single device to integrate it?

Did you consult Fibaro Support if the can use the HC2 Cloud backup to migrate to your new HC3?

(maybe that is possible)

Hello,

 

Sorry for the delay but i had some other things to resolve first of all. The Fibaro Support tell me that the migration is possible even when my HC2 is damaged. They send me the same link as you.

 

I could not migrated from the HC2 to the HC3 because i can not selected the HC2; i dident have any connection whith the HC2.

 

So i include my devices one by one into the HC3 and thats works. I was happy that i have only 12 devices for the moment 🤪.
