[SOLVED]System bricked?

Question

Posted

For a few days now I've had the problem that my HC2, which has been running smoothly for almost 10 years, suddenly had response times of several minutes.

It was so bad that I decided to restore a backup.

After the repair system produced a status with the same error, I decided to do a recovery.
After the recovery, all data was deleted and I was able to access the HC2 again with a few problems, everything was deleted.

In this state, I noticed that there is neither a menu item for a restore in the mask nor a function to get back into the recovery.

All of these functional elements simply no longer exist in the interface!?!?!?!?

I have attached two screenshots that show that both the function keys for the recovery mode and the functions for a restore are available!?!
I am now very desperate because after almost 10 years of using Fibaro, my house is VERY dependent on the system!!

What can I do to get a functioning system again, please help URGENTLY

Cant upload screenshots Error 200 !?
