On the device page I have highlighted in yellow, what this mean?

That it was added recently to the hub
It will be normal in few minutes. 

If not, make sure that you have correct time set in the hub and your PC

Confirmed, also overhere the same device stays highlighted (and time set on the HC3 is ok). 
 

(Still curious what the meaning of the highlight is)
