Zigbee - MOES senzor lidské přítomnosti ZSS-QY-HP

Can anyone tell me if they have managed to add this device? MOES Human Presence Sensor ZSS-QY-HPM, the update description says that support for this sensor has been added. I have tried it on both engine 2 and 3 and the device finds it, but it is not set up. I don't understand it when it specifically says this model as supported and it doesn't go, thank you.

I have older version and it works perfect. I have also new version and it also works with this new beta.

I have two new pieces and both fibaro finds, but both are not usable, this is hell!

The topic has already been raised by others for 3 or 5 months. IT specialists can't handle it - often one power outage or restart of the central unit causes nothing to work - the lack of response from them and the lack of a repair date is - ..... strange in the 21st century

Have same issue with ZSS-QY-HP-EN... HC3 finds the device, but unable to setup.

 

Fibaro team, could you please share a lin where to find/buy this sensor?

You can buy form the same seller but you can get different firmware. I stop using this product. Now I use now only MCO HOME OS11 and OS12 (12V version and 230V) it works perfect because you can also set parameters. In MOES you can't set anything.

If you need it maybe I will have 1-2 pcs for sale.

You are referring to Z-wave device(s), I am looking for ZigBee solution.

Since Fibaro declares that 5.161 beta, and I quote "Support for MOES Human Presence Sensor ZSS-QY-HP added." I think it's just making sense to have a reply from Fibaro team about that.

I don't have that specific presence sensor, but I do have other Zigbee presence sensors that are working correctly

Presence sensor from MOES are selling with different firmware. Firstly I send Fibaro team presence sensor from moes and they integrate it. It works perfect since than at my office (about 7 months. I order more MOES Presence sensor but I get it with different (newer) firmware. It stops working.

I sent it againt to Fibaro team and they fix it the problem with newer Fibaro version. New device start working. The main problem is that you can't check what firmware you will get. I talk with MOES and I will get working devices but before that we get firsts devices from MCO HOME. It's much better because you can change parameters and also z-wave range is better for me. We only use a few zigbee devices so it's not god to use it in larger houses.

Please share presence sensor model (we're talking about radar motion detection and not PIR, right?)

Yes @cag014 definitely Mmwave radar  presence sensor. Attached link below, the link contains both Wifi and Zigbee sensor

One thing though, I am running version 5.160.42 not the latest beta.  I sure hope we are not taking a backwards step in relation to Zigbee in this release

There are two ZigBee versions (5.8 and 24 Ghiz)

It could be different SW version of the sensor, so to make sure to get the right sensor, what frequency you're using?

I had a look on the back it only lists the Model number as "ZG-205Z". I had a look at the documentation that comes with it, but again no information. So I went back into Aliexpress, found my order, and selected "add to cart' to simulate purchasing again - It put the 5.8G model in my shopping cart. So I'm assuming that's what I have

So I ordered the MH-OS11 and I have a rather unpleasant observation about it, it doesn't detect brightness! Is the manufacturer joking for the money!
