I wonder if fibaro is considering implementing this protocol if Lidl can do it :)

I heared from Fibaro they don’t implement Matter on short notice, but the are considering freshly baked bread to keep the users positive 😉

Imagine if Fibaro put this into their Home Center 3.

Please login or register to see this link.

Then our customers could confidently choose Z-Wave as their stable ecosystem, locally integrated in their home.
It would be possible to integrate it all into Matter's cloud and tie it together with all sorts of other devices.

... and then I woke up 😉

is this all that is available about the topic matter and thread on this platform?
No official statement of fibaro?
If this is the case, it is time to consider moving away to something different after using fibaro extensively for many years. It just can't be ignored anymore and it is a fair expectation of loyal customers to be timely informed about their plans. Which is obviously not the case....

+1 to this question, @m.roszak , or anybody from Fibaro.

I am also long-term and loayal customer with tens of original fibaro devices, but if thread/matter will be ignored this way, i will have to consider moving to another platform.
HC3 is so far most intuitive smart home central i have seen, so it can easily compete without vendor lock-in for its network.

We got some kind of workaround in the meantime, But it need some setup and a Home Assistant Green hub :)
(I do not have any matter devices, but got zigbee soil sensor for some houseplants 😆

Jgab have made a home assistant QA that import devices from Home Assistant into fibaro :)
