Question

Hi,

I have a RGBW controler. When i turn on the light, sometimes nothing happens.

I think i figered out why. When i turn it on, the status is on, but default de RGBW is all 0.

When i change the warm white to a value and put brightness to 0 and back to a value like 50 it turns on.

When i switch the RGBW off and on again, it is fine. But after a power failure or something the same issue happens.

So i tried to change the default parameters for RGBW and Brightness. But parameter 1 is visable, 2 till 29 missing.

First thing i did was reboting, nothing happens.

Firmware is up to date (HC3 and RGBW controler).

Then i looked and found topics that the parameters should be in Advanced.
But the parameters are not visible under advanced.

I pressed reconfigure and also read configuration, no result.

Ik looked in all the family devices, nowhere to find.

This is a Fibaro bug..I hope they will resolve it. Meanwhile, we do some hacks in our installations...We wrote a quickapp, that monitors, when an RGBW gets ON, we first check if it has some color set, or some brigthnes set. If not we apply some values to brightness and colors.. Thats the only way to go, until @m.roszak will finaly help us poor bastards and solve this issue with his colleagues.
