Roller Shutter 4 - doesn't work

As always, full of optimism and on persuasion I bought the more expensive RS4 - and what doesn't work with curtains - it doesn't calibrate after I got the information that there was supposed to be an update that would fix it at the end of August - it's September and it's not there. FIBARO, what a tragedy how can you release something like this and not do it immediately!!!

OTA update for RS4 is coming, we are making sure that it will be bug-free. 
Sorry for the delay but I think it's better to ensure it will work correctly in all cases and not break something else.

Hey, thanks for the info - but the worst thing that can happen is to buy something that doesn't work. And before you lecture me about the topic - check if it's on the list to address

Hi,

do you please have any new info about realise date? I know mr. Bryak said it would be beggining of september, maybe sooner  Now its middle and still no update. Is this a matter of days or months? I am asking, as we need to fix it in one project and customer is getting frustrated. If this would take another month, we would just swap the modules for Shelly Wave Shutter, but its extra costs for us.

Sadly, I am the store  But to be fair, in the description it originally says, that motors with build in driver are not supported. That is honestly a joke, because they basically cut all electric curtain busines from Fibaro.
