Zabbix integration for HC3

I've created an active agent for Zabbix plus correspontding template. The template includes trigger that kick in when the HC3 is not available.

Indeed, my main motivation here is to check the availability of HC3, hence I didn't add many items. But, with this basis, it should be very easy to add for instance z-wave statistic, number of scenes, what not.

At the top of the QA please adjust the IP address of the Zabbix server.
