Hi,

Since the new iOS 18 release, the app doesn't appear on the shortcuts app anymore. I have deleted it and reinstalled again but nothing.

Only existing shortcuts work. You can't create a new one, as you wrote, it doesn't offer Yubii Scenes. However, this could have replaced the missing Widgets. But then it's not possible either. This is becoming a bigger and bigger problem.

I had to use a device with ios17 and create the scenes to then share them with an ios18! 🤬

There has not been a single comment from a Fibaro official in the forum regarding this issue, which is very strange

    Hello,

Thank you very much for your email.

We're aware of this issue and we've already forwarded it to our engineers, who are currently working on resolving it as soon as possible. As a Tech Support person, I have no official information on when exactly the fix will be released. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience it caused but I have to ask you for a little more patience.

Should you have any further questions, I'd love to help.

I had the same exact response from support. There is no doubt that they are working on it, but since it is a great issue that affects many users, some transparency would be helpful

In general, it is clear that apple disabled legacy mechanism for the widgets.
We are in progress of analyzing what we need to do to get them back, when I will have some more details - I will update you.

    Hi @m.roszak ,

I'm a bit curious. As an Apple app developer, didn't you get announcement from Apple in advance that widget mechanism will be modified so you can do necessary changes to your apps before iOS 18 is released and keep user experience on the highest level possible?

It's nearing 2 months since the official release of iOS 18, an update would be nice

Really this is nonsense. There is a deficiency in the service provided and nothing has been done to solve it for so long. Is it normal? Is it acceptable?
