HC3 icw FGD212 (Fibaro dimmer 2) bad working

Recommended Posts

- Last 10 years working fine with Fibaro dimmers.

- Since moving to HC3 (before ZipatoBox) some dimmers are bad working, while others working fine.

- Load is not changed.

- Bypasses not added or removed

- Few dimmers are technical marked as dimmer, but practical working as ON/OFF.

- First question: Where is my parameter 13 option, to force the Auto calibration? Is not longer in the list. Hidden? Can someone help me to find the auto calibration function?

- Second question: Dimmer on bathroom is working fine via touch-wallbuttons, is only working as ON/OFF switch via HC3 scenes. Even manual dimming on HC3/app is working as ON/OFF. Any idea why?

You can find the device calibration button in the "Advanced" tab in device settings.
In general, it looks like a calibration issue.

From the Dimmer perspective, it does not matter if you are controlling it from HC3 or any other controllers, it still uses Switch Multilevel Command Class to be controlled.
