Have written emails to service and servicedesk @fibaro.com - tickets are raised.. but absolutely NO response..

(tkts keeps saying "processing" forever!!)

Faulty Relays have reached FIbaro-given address by DHL courier 2 months back; and, no response and no return and no word from anyone at FIbaro...

what is happening?

The local distributor is saying Fibaro is foldingup.. I really really hope not... the best platform and UX and most reliable in Industry.... I am hoping and expecting they will get bigger and consolidate all gains around the world in technology in this space.

If someone can help you overhere, they will probably ask you for the ticket ID.

    We received intimation from Fibaro about shipment of package - being rectified & sent back to us... FInally.

    It is great relief to see that Fibaro is very much there and doing what it does best.. 

    But they are a little shy and short on communication like these.. 

    Thats ok.. I can live with that!

    Otherwise, I swear by Fibaro for our Customers.

    Its simply the most trusted in delivery/application/dependence/working at Customer premises in actual use.
