Hi, I have a thermostat that connects to a relay that switches on 6 x 3kw heaters. So the actual power consumption is up to 18kw when the thermostat turns the heaters on. The thermostat has a parameter 29 for size of load but whenever I change this it sets itself back to 0w. Any thoughts? Any value would be useful so I could track when the heaters were actually running.

I see it is a Heatit Trm6 you have. I tested on mine it is a bug inn the template. (never used the setting)

You have to set the value to 99 to get it to say 9900W. it is the max for this parameter.   (the value should be set 1-99) not 9900 like the template does :)

Thanks for the response, I will not allow me to enter a value less than 100w though. It’s been driving me mad, maybe the interface has the wrong min/max for the entry field and it needs to be 1-99 but you can’t set it at that? Can you try and set yours to 99 to see if it allows it or even 9900. Mines lets me enter it but doesn’t save it.

Ah, uncheck the template and find paramter 29, type in 2 on size and 99 for 9900w and save :)

Then refresh (f5) and turn on template and check again :D

Aha, genius. I would never have got there without your help. Never noticed the checkbox for template before and then would never expect it to be 1000 times lower needed!

    Thank you for the help
