When changing profile climate triggers off for 2 hours rather than hold

We have two identical thermostats controlling different zones. I use a summer and winter profile. Summer sets both climate areas to Manual Off, the winter profile sets the climate zones to Schedule. Whenever I switch profiles one thermostat changes correctly, the other changes with a 2 hour setting rather than hold.

Any ideas why? It seems one of the thermostats whenever you select “hold’ or manual does a 2 hour change instead.
