Smart implant - volt free switching

hello all

ive come accross a scenario not seen before.

 

on the implant IN1 i have garage door sensor connected and setup as a INPUT NC

on the OUT2 i have connected the volt free contacts for the garage door

 

normally this works flawlessly however this time it hasnt.

latest hc3 firmware and latest implant firmware

 

any thoughts?

what is powering the smart implant? the garage door output? or an external 12-24v supply?

what parameter are you using?

using an external 12v 3a power supply

ive installed plenty in past with no issue until yesterday

Hmm external supply is first thing so that is good  

Got a picture of the schematic for the garagedoor opener? 

and how you connected it? 

and the Parameters some gates only need a 0.2s some need 0.5s++ impulse to trigger, But i guess you have tried other settings?

ive done the usual settings. 

implant in my own home and checked the settings. identical!!

 

just checking if others have had issues?

Hmm only time i have had problem have been when i used the 24v dc supply on a garagedoor controller that was unstable 🤔

ive got another client who i have setup exactly the same. im going to login to that and see the settings.
