I have a new kit, heat head and temperature sensor, but it still shows the battery is dead! The battery is new and measured at 3,3V , I tried a hard reboot and still the same result. Any idea? Thank you

It takes some time to synchronize the Bluetooth temperature sensor with the thermostatic head after battery replacement.
You can speed it up by just pairing it again.

PS
If the sensor was disconnected for more that 6h it was removed from the head memory and it is neccesary to pair it again.
