Scene for Master Switch

Hi,
Recently moved from HC2 to HC3 and trying to convert a scene that was used as a master switch.

There are several light sources in the room and the scene was implemented to turn on the light if everything is completely off,

or turn off the whole room if at least one source is working.

The button is connected to S2 of the dimmer.
Can anyone help?
