Devices missing after Soft Reconfigure

Hi, I did a Soft Reconfigure on 3 devices and in 2 cases the message train of "Removing Device....", "Configuring Device..." nothing happens and the devices (at ;east the icons) have disappeared from the dashboard and settings/devices screens. In the third case, I got an additional message "Device not configured" and the device shows up on the list but unconfigured.

The first two devices are a relay switch and RGBW controller, while the 3rd is Lockwood doorlock.

These first 2 devices have disappeared from their associated scenes.

Is there any way to locate these devices? Have tried the Unconfigured and Unavailable filter settings, but they are not listed there too.
