Roller shutter stuck in favorite position

Hello I am configuring a client's house, everything works just fine but we have some trouble with 5 roller shutter I pressed the favorite position button for each Wich is in 50% all shades move to that position

Today in the morning tried to open or close those shades with no luck they are no responding to scenes or yubii home app, it seems to be lock some how

A number one show up next to the shades icon

Before that all of the roller were working with problem, calibrated and I was trying with a QA to control them
