We already supporting 2 revisions of this, maybe this is a 3rd one.
I am not a fan of Zigbee, eh.

The integration with Moes ZSS-QY-HP is not working

I find it absurd that presence sensors have been around for years, yet there’s still no integration with the control unit.

I find it absurd that you missed this big red note before deciding to buy that ZigBee sensor :

 

If you still want to complain then it would be just fair to go to MOES forum and complain there why this sensor is only working with Tuya ZigBee gateway and not with the BEST HA gateway HC3.

Pokud si přesto chcete stěžovat, pak by bylo spravedlivé jít na fórum MOES a postěžovat si tam, proč tento senzor funguje pouze s bránou Tuya ZigBee a ne s BEST HA bránou HC3. 

 

I only bought it when I found out in the fibaro update information that this device is supported, so that's why.

Fair enough, but with ZigBee that is always questionable due to different revisions that can change communication since ZigBee is not that strict to protocol as z-wave. Not to mention that it uses 2.4GHz same as WiFi so, must be very careful when setting comm. channel on both WiFi and ZigBee not to overlap.

That is why I don't like ZigBee and z-wave rulezzz

52 Zigbee devices connected, and everything works well except for the presence sensors. Even Fibaro says it's compatible with Moes, but not even after downloading the latest update (5.170.16) does it work.
