Scenes take over 2 minutes - sometimes fail (HCL3)

• I have a clean installed HCL3 after upgrading after 8 years from the HCL1.
• I have 8x fibaro dimmer2 and 2x wall plug. Everything is in close range.
• All devices have standard configuration (didn't change any of the parameters after factory reset), all have latest firmware.
• When running scenes (on, off, or dim at x%) all scenes take a long time, up to 2-3 minutes. Sometimes 1 or 2 devices don't execute at all.
• Please see the logs below/attached as example.
• This happens to all scenes, configured via HCL3 in LUA or via the Yubi app. There is no difference
• Is my HCL3 faulty? Is there a configuration issue?

Choosing z-wave engine 2.0 instead of 3.0 resolves all issues. This however means a complete new installation and re-adding all devices again.
