Problem adding device

Hi. 

My fathers HC2 whent down and he got a new one. I am struggelig to add the devices to the new HC2. Does anyone know why?

@LeRooy You have to exclude the devices first with the new hc2 to reset the device Then Add them

I have tried that 😥

Went to delete device, pressed the switch 3 times fast.. but nothing happen.

There was one dimmer 2 I was able to delete and add again, but no one else of the 34 ledt that I have of the Dimmer 2..

Hmm, Try to take the hc2 with you around the house and keep it close to the devices? 
And the 3x times press have to be fast. if no action in the controller just wait 5sec and try 3 new presses.
