Question

Hi,
We have bought a home that has a home center 2 installed.
The previous owner dropped from the radar before we got all the details of this system, so we did not receive any information or account on the home center.
Can I, from my own network, attach this home center to my account in any way?
What we already tried:
- we found some documentation that talks about Fibaro finder, we installed this.
- this tool shows us that it can find the fibaro home center with IP 192.168.81.1, but when I click this, the page says "connection timed out"
- we also installed the app Yubii home center, and yubii home (not sure which one I will need)
- in Yubii home center, I tried adding a new home, but it asks me to scan a QR code which I don't have (there is a thing that looks like a QR code on the bottom of the device, but this will not scan. The app will not accept this code (we tried on 2 different devices)
please help!
