Hi Team and Fibaro Members. I need your help.
I had a problem with my PROD HC2. So I bought a new one, send it to Poland in order to put it in 4.630 version (No choice, version was to old).
Today I received it back, made the backup a new cloud backup on old one, and the start the transfer protocol. All worked fine, received the 2 mails for old one and the new one.
Connexion to the new one, go to backup section, great my cloud backups from old one are present, but... I have not the button restore :

And now I am completely blocked... Do not understand why. I opened ticked by support, but will be blocked over the nigh. Has someone the idea how to do that ?
