Still a lot of problems with Heltun wall panels

Hello guys

Anyone has any similar issues or got some help to solve issues with Heltun touch panels in Fibaro?

For us it is a nightmare with these touch panels.

The newest problem happens when using them for dimmer lights (no direct connection just zwave)

The panel randomly just got frozen, doesnt react to anything. Its dead. So we replaced it. Bought a new one. After a  few weeks, the same happens.

It just stops reacting to touch. Stops sending keyevents, and reporting.

We tried reconfig, but did not help.

This is not the first case. We stopped using them at all, but unfortunatelly there are several intallations where we used them, so we need to solve isues, but we are on the very edge of our possibilities. We are out of any solution.

Its dead again. The new one.

we went throgh all the manuals, contacted support, but still no any reasonable answer, no solution.

Hi Neo,

 

Hmmmm...

I have Heltun fan-coil thermostats and just found out that in all of them, the temperature chart freezes at the same time but the temperature on the unit display is correct and working properly.

I also have another temperature sensor, Zigbee and it freezes at the same time.

Its not that the chart freezes..It just doesnt get any data..I mean if you have the same issue on different brands at the same time, it is probably not Heltun neither the other device issue.

As i said, with Heltun we have very good experiences with all thermostats, fancoils..everything. The only thing that doesnt work is the wall touch panel. It just sucks.
