Connect 230V power supply and 24V AC for output.

i don't have any source to connect 230V AC at location.

i need to use this device to fit in standard backbox which has to take 24V AC L,N only.

This is dangerous - the input and output are not entirely isolated from each other.

You will need a slave relay to connect to the motor. Then a device to control the relay such as a Fibaro Smart Implant. Then a rectifier to convert 24V AC to 24V DC to power the smart implant.
