HC2 devices became unresponsive

Question

Posted

Hello,

I have been used HC2 with about 20 devices without any major problems for several years.

I have added a few more relay and dimmer devices recently.

First seemed to work but after a few days the new devices became unresponsive,

afterwards the whole previous system became unstable.

I can reach the HC2 web interface, but the devices state doesn't represent the actual state/temp, etc.
and for every modification the "transfer failed" error appears.

Tried to soft reconfigure the z-wave network, it has been worked in the past, now it is not working.

every device gets "Getting new neighbor list failed".

Tried to delete some devices, after I couldn't include them again, tried to restore a previous backup,

but the problem still the same.

I appreciate any ideas, suggestions.
