Dear All,

Here is the issue:

1. If the climate zone sets a different target on the switch, it does not turn on the switch.

2. If I manually turn on the switch, it does not turn it off in case the target temp is belowthe measured temperature.

Any suggestions?

Thank you a lot

its known issue, reported to Heatit (by Fibaro team) more than year ago.

I've lost many hours to test it, and finally I gave up on the entire range of products from the company heatit. Unprofessional approach and that's it...

    Thank you for this!

Is there an alternative to the Heatit thermostat?

I do not experience the above described issue, using HeatIt Z-TEMP2 with HeatIt Z-water. Association configuration as below, i.e. no group 2 setting.

Also just fyi: I am using HC3 running 5.172.23 with Z-wave engine 3 with S2 Security. I do however have above problem, do you experience that?
