Is the Fibaro Cloud down? I'm unable to connect, also id.cloud.fibaro.com doesnt work.

Fibaro ID is working but Yubii intergration in Google home aint working.

Just checked, Android-14, remotely. No success.

 

In Google Home, add device, works with Google Home.

Select the Yubii app.

Browser opens

Google Home shows message

“Connecting you Yubii account”

and accordingly the message:

“Can not reach Yubii. Try again”

 

Inlog Fibaro ID work, my HCL3 is online, and I can open HCL3 remotely.

Connection from Croatia is working fine.

In the morning hours I could not connect to HC2, but get connected to HC3.

Just checked Fibaro ID and also working OK :-)

Fibaroid is working but there is no way to connect to the yubii application via the web on Iphone APP since yesterday.

HI!

 

I can confirm that old APP and Yubii app connected on the first attempt, but Yubii Home at first attempt to connect showed red exclamation at both HC3 and Yubii home and could not connect, but after running Yubii app and on second attempt I manage to get connection with Yubii home. I checked today at 09:13h CET.

Hi. Is there since this morning a new Cloud problem?

I received a mail saying the integration goes from one HC21 to another this morning : Just done nothing. So I wanted to connect to Home.fibaro, first ver very long to access. I only arrived this afternoon, it is already long.

I put integration back to good HC2, but it did not work for the moment with Google, Alexa and so on...

Hi, same problems in Italy. After several attempts locally, the red exclamation disappeared, but I can connect only locally with Yubii.

Remote access is definitely down. Yubii Home app can't connect.

Website is also unreachable, after logging into Fibaro ID and clicking on remote access it asks to add account, obviously because home.fibaro.com is down.

Whaat again?

 

I got like 30 messeges from clients, they can not access to they HC. My installer app also shows no hubs...

There must be some problems with servers. Less than a week ago Netatmo had problems with their servers and their mobile apps were unable to get connection. Internet is a jungle and no one is safe 100%. Patience is a virtue, so be patient, I'm sure Fibaro is working on resolving this problem.
