Dear Fibaro,
since Monday or Tuesday (eg. 06.01.25) of this week,
my IOS devices did not receive any push notifications after someone presses the call button on the Fibaro Intercom.
Is there a problem with this notification service on the Fibaro backend? In the Intercom history the missed call is recorded but nobody „heard“ the call because there was no push notification.
I tried the following:
I restarted the Intercom with powering it off the grid. I sign off from the Fibaro cloud id account and reconnected the Intercom after it.
Update 19:29 oclock:
If I try to manually connect/call to the Intercom it says:
“Connection error“ (2nd picture in this post)
My device specifications:
Intercom FGIC-002
IOS Devices:
IPhone 15 Pro (IOS 18.2.1)
Ipad Pro 2024 (IOS 18.2.1)
