Unable to add new devices

After adding a device smoothly and then I attempt to add a second one, I continue to receive an error message - attached - immediately after clicking the start button. The error reads: “Unable to start adding process." Below this, there's a note indicating "The adding process may not start due to a busy network or incorrect network configuration (invalid controller not reachable)."

 

Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

I’ve unplugged the HC3 for 10 min and plugged it back in, it’s now working.

If adding devices and HC* don't do what you want just restart.

10 min  break is't necessary 30 sec is more as enough
