Fibaro Home Center 2, hanging and not bootup after power failure

Fibaro Home Center 2,

After i lose power or power failure, my home center two doesn't boot up automatic as it was doing before, i tired reset and restore backups and everything but no hope, I have to press the power button until it shut down then turn it on again to work.

any solution for this issue ?

If the unit is old, and it boot correctly when you power on and off from the power button, then  the cell battery maybe low. Replacing it should allow the HC2 to boot correctly from a cold start.
