Hi @m.roszak,

After updating my HC3 to the latest beta I noticed that when I open console in new browser tab then slider is positioned on the oldest debug line and it is not automatically scrolling as new debug lines are added.

It is not problem in my Firefox since when I open console for my Yubii home which is still on version 5.163 then console is properly scrolling as new debug lines are added.

Can you please check with your dream team to correct this since it is important during making of new QA devices and scenes? Thank you!

My HC3 is also on 5.171 beta and I use firefox 134.0.1

Console logging on a seperate browser tab is still working as it did before. Automatic scrolling works fine on my system.

Thanks, we will check it out.

Hi,

We have not observed the case you described on Firefox (134.0.2) and Chrome

Maybe I was not clear enough, so allow me to clarify:

When console is opened on home page by clicking on console button then console window that opens on the bottom of the home page is scrolling properly:

But when I click on the expanding arrows (marked on above picture with red square) that then opens new browser tab or window with console, then autoscrolling does not work as new debug lines are added. Note that autoscrolling is enabled in Firefox settings.

Moreover, same is with Safari and Chrome browsers. There is no such problem with my Yubii gateway and firmware 5.163 in any of the mentioned browsers, therefore I assumed that it is problem with the latest update. Actually this problem started after upgrading my HC3 to the latest beta firmware.

I have noticed that if I just launch the the expending window fot the debug console and do nothing else, then scrolling of new lines is working but I I use the mouse to elevate the view or clik on any line , scrolling stops; to restart scrolling I need to go the the latest line using the mouse  and scrolling restart. I think this behavior  allows you to look at  previous lines not visible when you are debugging a QA withou anoying line position change.

I am also using Fibemu from @jgab  when developing cmplex QA.

Normally it should position latest debug line on the bottom of the window and then automatically scroll when new lines are added. If you want to check previous lines or stop scrolling then use mouse to hide last line and automatic scrolling stops. To get it back in autoscrolling just need to show the last debug line and then should continue to scroll automatically. At least this is how it worked before and is still working on my Yubii box that is on firmware 5.163 and latest updates of Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
