Hi, Today I found the HC3 not in function. It was red text saying something about som error and that I should do recovery. I did but now it is stucked in starting service mode, I have logged out, logged in again, refreshed page but still same problem. I also see that many heat controllers now are in full open mode = Very hot in some rooms. Need some urgent help. 😊

@HC3-00001183 Hello and welcome to the community.

You should not show your HC3 Serial Number in the Internet.

Things you can try:

That sounds really frustrating! If the HC3 is stuck in "starting service mode," you might need to do a full power cycle—unplug it for a few minutes and restart. Also, check if there's a firmware update available. If the heat controllers are fully open, you might need to manually adjust them for now. Hopefully, someone here has experienced this and can offer a fix! 😊

If you haven't tried this yet, try accessing your HC3 via the Fibaro mobile app or another management interface to see if you can manually reset or adjust the heating controllers.
