Shelly Quibino Wave 2 Pm not show position HC3 Lite

Hi , I use shelly wave2 pm with HC3 Lite, but I can not see position of switch simultionusly. If I click to icon on app or web UI , it refresh and I see real position of the module.What could be the source of the problem?

As this is a multichannel device, change the existing lifeline association (group 1) to multichannel type in "Associations" tab in this device settings. 
Make sure to remove existing one first.
