Problem with FGT-001 thermostatic head

Hi, I have a couple FGT-001 I recently got to try control temperature setting using openhab and a zwave controller. Since a few day, one of the head will cycle a full screw in / screw out every 15-20'. I have put it in standby, and dismounted it, but it still continues to periodically fully cycle. What is wrong there? Is it defective, or am I missing something? Regards,
