Willing to update the code of a QA I developped few months ago, I discovered that all Labels wher not shown any more as well as the select button and all standard buttons had the visible box unticked.

Previously I was getting this view;

Please login or register to see this image.

/monthly_2025_02/image.png.8c40fbbd69ce0ee0b3a5fc6a8e618e35.png" /> and now fater having saved my change and making again all buttons visible I am geeting:image.png.b7e66d422d55f4f951c8f1dcc311429b.png

but in edit mode, all labels are still present and correctly defined:

To go back to the previous Labels view, I had to suppress in editor all thes labesl and recreate them all with the same ID and decription.

Note that only after deleting the first Label and recreating it, Fibaro is showing a Warning message that there is a duplicated Label with same ID; Accepting this is making this label to be visible again.

Is there a better way to recover Labels and Select buttons?

Hi @Christb

We tried to reproduce your case but unfortunately, we're not able to do this (based on the information that you provided)

What I can suggest is:

  • please verify if this problem occurs in the incognito session (to rule out the browser cache problem),
  • paste here the JSON response from the '/api/plugins/getView?id=' → You can check this in the DEV tool (F12) - Network -> And then open preview for broken QA to catch the response

It should give us some information

Same happened to me as well.

Go on the QA. You have to simply cancel and recreate the label.
