Question

I thought I write this here as i was struggling to find information about Yale integration with Fibaro, so here you go,
I was looking for a Yale lock that can work with Fibaro, and I got many mixed answers. I guess the confustion is originating from Yale itself, as i tried contacting them several times, and every time i got a different answer.
Long story short, I decided to buy the Yale YDM4109A which can take a wifi module and connect to Yale wifi hub.
After I installed the lock, i downloaded the Yale Quickapp to my Fibaro HC3, and followed the instructions which to my surprise led to me controlling the lock from my Fibaro interface!!!
The reason why I was surprised, is because even on the Fibaro QuickApp page (

) , the YDM lock is not supported, only the Linus and the Conixus. but apparantly, if your lock can be controlled using Yale wifi hub, then it can be controlled by the Yale QuickApp. I can't confirm that for all the Yale locks, I can only confirm that for the YDM 4109AHope that helps somebody looking for info about Yale locks
