Brand new Lenovo Tablet on Android 14, but "Yubii Home" app says "not compatible"??

Question

Posted

Hi everyone,

Just got a brand new Lenovo Idea Tab Pro tablet running Android 14, but when trying to load and install the Yubii App (which runs perfectly on my Samsung phone and Samsung tablet), it says that the App is not compatible with my device. That is very surprising as I bought this Lenovo tablet only for the purpose of running the Yubii App and controlling the house.....

Your help & feedback are very much appreciated!

Many thanks,

Stony

Hi
Could the reason be that it seems like Yubii home currently only supports Android phones and not tablets?
You might try the Yubii home center app. It has support for both phone and tablet.

    Well, not quite. As I wrote, the app runs perfectly on my Samsung Tablet (also Android 14)! Must be another reason.

    @Stony,

    On both tablets I would check Viewport size and send it to Fibaro to check if that could be why it is reporting not compatible.

    Well, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ shows 1318x657 (which works) and the Lenovo Idea Tab Pro shows 1374x705 (does not). Not sure though its related as it seems that the Yubii App also does not work on my older Lenovo P12 (1280x672).
