Hi everyone,

After logging in and clicking on "More" in the Remote Access, instead of being redirected to see my HCL, I get sent to another screen asking me to log in again. When I click "Login," it just reloads the same page.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any solutions?

can’t acces to my mobile app

she show both HC3 in red with exclamation mark

Same here all 4 devices in red. Only locally accesible via laptop and direct ip address

I am in the same situation, and everything happened either on Friday evening or at midnight (the start of Saturday): so locally, I can access the Fibaro Home Center Lite, but the remote access stopped working.

im in Australia and having the same issue,

after many trouble shoot i went to forum to find you guys are onto it and same issue as me

 

Fibaro fix this please ASAP i need my home back

it looks they trying to recover service, clicked on synch being logoon locally with joy, so fingers crossed
BTW it happens so often recently

Same for me, 2 boxes, 2 countries, inaccessible remotly, the first one for a few days, the second one since last night and no information from Fibaro.

As of 8/2/25 in Australia HC3, no access to the hub using Yubii or the remote access through fibaro ID website, it just loops at the remote log in when i click log in...  connectivity with google home lost.  Have no control over any z wave devices in my house as a result.  Very unimpressed.

This better be fixed ASAP

On Installer App all customer devices showing unavailable. Tried on phone and PC, same result. I assume there is an issue with the Fibaro Cloud. Any feedback from Fibaro tech support?

In the Netherlands it’s still down.

Seems to be working again. However, my favourite devices tab has been wiped......😕
