heat controller does not stop heating

Question

Posted

Hi,

Could anyone help what is wrong with my Heat controller? I have the schedule set to 21 degrees, I overwritten it manually in app to 19, and my heat controller does not stop heating. I have already almost 28 degrees shown by sensor and radiator is super hot... Manually, on the heat controller it does not react as well.

@XiaoTu Check if the controller is mounted correctly.

If you use an adapter, check if the adapter fits and is fixed.

I have exactly the same issue you have. Imo this is a big problem. I tried to reinstall controller but nothing helps. If this problem occurs then it will heat forever even if you turn it off. I found workaround for it - change temperature higher then it is and later turn it off or recalibrate it again. I know this is stupid but this one works for me. Pls fix this!
