Hi, I have a broken FGS-212 dimmer at my home that needs replacement. I have found an FGS-213—Single Switch 2. Can I safely replace it with this one? What are the differences? And now that we are on this topic, what's the difference between FGS-221 (or 223) with 212? (I can replace it with either of those if that works.)
