Hi Guys,

I have read this topic. And I have a problem to solve that I have no idea how to solve.

I want to check if the local protection parameter (of the double switch device) changes its state. Do you know there is some event that triggers to check if the local protection parameter is changed? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank in advance!

As far as I know there is no events/triggers for device parameters changes, but you can create a scene/QA that let's say every 30 seconds loads device data using api.get(devices/<ID>) and check if the protection parameter has been changed.

If I change the device parameter from the web UI there is a HC3 "system event" - this is when I change it for a fibaro remote

Please login or register to see this code.

so it's actually a standard device property changed event.

Now we just need to extract the required parameter and to compare between oldValue to newValue
