Is 4.630 the latest firmware for Home Center 2?

 

If not, what is the latest version and where/how to install it?

I read somewhere (can't find it now), there's a 4.640 firmware, but can't find the actual firmware anywhere. So there is no such firmware.

Latest firmware for HC2 is 4.630 and is really stable and working good. HC2 is EOL and there will be no more updates, therefore it is possible that some new z-wave devices will not work properly, specially those with z-wave 700 and 800, or at least there will be no template.
