Problème de reconnaissance HC3

Bonjour à tous,

 

Après avoir vécu un problème réseau internet, j'ai voulu réinstaller ma HC3 sur mon nouveau réseau.

Il se trouve que ma box est détecté sur mon réseau internet et apparait dans mon réseau comme connectable :

1er soucis je n'ai plus le mot de passe j'ai tenté à multiple reprise les mots de passe utilisés mais sans pouvoir y remédier.

J'ai chercher à me connecter avec fibaro Finder et il me semble que le site ne me permet pas ou bien mon moteur de recherche de faire apparaitre mon boitier en haut à gauche de la ligne de recherche identification de site non sécurisé.

J'avoue que cela est frustrant car après avoir tenter le recovery et les paramètre d'usine rien ne me permet de remettre au réseau ma centrale fibaro HC3.

Ma maison est entièrement géré par le petit boitier.

Si une personne à connu le même problème ou bien puisse m'aider sur ce sujet ,je lui en serai pleinement reconnaissant.

If I understand you right, you wont get to the local log in screen anymore after factory reseting the home center 3? 

If you get to the local login screen it should be admin admin as user and password after factory reset, if I am not wrong? 

I guess you used network cable and not wifi? 
was the hc3 setup with dhcp or static IP ?

To be honest I don't remember it very well . However I remember that the fibaro had been recognized immediately with Fibaro FINDER and that I had followed the installation process quite easily.

Do you find it on the fibaro finder? But cant open the login screen?

In fact, it was during my last configuration in 2020, I had used Fibaro Finder today with fibaro finder nothing is detected and yet the photo shows that I see the HC3

aha, you try to connect by wifi.

 

Check backside of hc3 for wifi PW:

You wont find it with fibaro finder when it makes it own local network.

I recommend to rather use a cable and plugg it into your router.

Je vais repartir à la base, en reparamétrant les valeurs usine et repartir sans le wifi.

Car l'erreur me semble t'il c'était de garder ma connexion au réseau alors  qu'il ne faut pas être connecté pour accéder au find fibaro .com

C'est bien cela ?

A bit hard to explain, But it is alot of ways to connect to the hc3.
But the easiest is to use cable from the hc3 to your router and connect your pc to the same router and use find.fibaro.com

Je suis en tout point d'accord avec toi et je suis connecté en filaire de ma box à la HC3.

Je n'ai pour autant aucune reconnaissance Ethernet sur le réseau et simplement le wifi qui apparrait sur le réseau de mon ordinateur.

Donc pas facile pour moi 😁
