Question

HC2 is less than 2 years old.  I came back from travel and none of the devices were working. I power cycled the HC2 and it goes through start up but ends with only one blue light. I restarted my router. I replaced the LAN cable. No change. I hooked a keyboard and monitor to the HC2.  It boots up through a green system recovery screen and finally stops at black screen.  It hangs on the screen forever.  See attached

it appears that it never loads an IP or MAC address.

Hi @MrKen215 ,

Check if backup & recovery USB stick is removed. It is not needed since HC2 is on 4.630 then try to reboot again.

No USB plugged in.  I only get one light. It is as though the NIC never gets loaded.
