Hi, all.

I was using Fibaro for tablet for a long time. it had great ways of using lights and blinds and also to see a camera. Now after the latest  update i noticed that its not woring anymore. looking further i also saw that Fibaro for tablet isnt availible anymore from the playstore. This is really bad. Cause there are not much alternatives for old android screens. and i have 2 of those haning in my house. i dont want to go directly to a new screen because the new yubbi app is also not working great.

What is the alternative.???

You can download the latest version here (apk) and install it manually if you like ->

The one thing, Fibaro for tablet does not work with new hubs (HC3/HCL3) - only the old ones, it never worked with new platforms.

Well its working perfectly with my HC3 until last update that is.

If ti worked then not by design (it was never planned), last update of Fibaro for Tablet was done in 2019 and API is constantly evolving, there is no way to have backward compatibility for that app.

Well, maby it's time to invest again in that software. It is the only app acting as a true tablet version.

Already start building a home assistant now. Only due the lack of a good working tablet app from Nice/Yubi/Fibaro

Actually we invested a lot, and there are new things planned - don't worry about it ;)

Yubii is one big failure. You changed the weak FIBARO app but working to the hopeless Yubii app.

Any Chinese app is better than the hopeless Yubii. I am devastated after 8 years with Fibaro. The only plus is Zigbee.

I am slowly replacing all z-wave modules with zigbee and finally I will change the central unit.

    Hi @wojofibaro ,

Since you are still on HC2, why you replaced old Fibaro Home Center app with Yubii app?

I still have HC2 controlling my home and I use old Fibaro Home Center app for iPhone and iPad and it all works nice. Yubii app was made to be used for transition from HC2 to HC3, but I agree, was never done properly. In my case I can't use it since it crashes all the time.

If you are using HC3, then Yubii Home app is a way to go.

Thanks for sharing the link.. Unfortunately, Fibaro for tablet is not compatible with HC3/HCL3. Are there any recommendations for alternative apps for new hub users? Or maybe Fibaro has plans to update the tablet version later?

I am using Yubii home v 2.4.1 on my Android tablet with my HC3 and it does all it needs to do for me. Note: Use "Yubii Home", not "Yubii Home Center".

i was to answer this like "buy Homey, buy my connector to Fibaro, design dashboard and use Homey to control Fibaro", but it looks like you don't like homey as well 😉

Maybe the Home Remote (with BUI made with Designer) is solution for your needs

    Using.

Fibaro for tablet is working with HC3.

At least if you dont install the latest update.

And i really like the ease of use of this basic system.

I don't need anything more then a few bottons and a few sliders.

Yubi app is not provided well for that.

From the looks this seems to be Yubii Home Center. Have you tried "Yubii Home" (v 2.4.1)?
