I don't know if the follow issue related to this version only. (As far I remember this problem was on previous versions, but now it's intensified)

While coding and restarting QA or scene several time (sometimes with errors and crashes) the HC3 stops to respond to web UI.

Unable to turn on/off devices and the popup menu doesn't have on/off buttons displayed.

REST API has a huge delay, sometime up to several minutes.

Looks like no scenes or QA are running...

To make story short - nothing works and looks like HC3 stuck on some kind of internal process. Unable to verify because the diagnostics page is not working also.

Reboot button doesn't work either, needs to disconnect/connect the power plug.

No issues overhere. But one could be able to make the HC3 unavailable with some nasty programming. I did once 🤣

    Thats the problem, no nasty programming just some stupid syntax errors....

    BTW, had same issue over the time w/o any programming.

    I think he means this: /api/service/logsDump :D

    Will send the log file when it will happen

    Meanwhile there is another issue that repeats itself every few days - all ZigBee devices are suddenly disconnected.

    Attached log file of the issue, may be someone can take a look and provide an answer

    It happened again have sent the log file to you over PM

     

    Looks like when coding/editing HTTP requests then HC3 freezes, is anybody had the same issue?
