Removing credentials in HCL without deleting configs or reset

Question

Posted

How do I remove credentials on a HCL, reverting logins to admin:admin again without reseting my HCL?

I upgraded HCL including login credentials with stronger passwords, not knowingly logged SAVANT out which uses this credentials admin:admin to access fibaro.  Now it’s denied access, and I can’t create a new user with admin:admin because the password is too simple. I need to keep the config of the system, just get rid the new credentials I made. Anyway to do this?

Or is there a way to create a use with admin:admin credentials?

Thanks!

Hi @kikato,

If e-mail is valid, you can reset password via forgotten password.

If not you need to send request to Fibaro technical support with ports 80 and 22 forwarded and send them your WAN IP.

Best regards,
